gazjon5 848
Fishing anywhere along this coast usually improves with a bit of surf (west throuth to northerly wind), fresh lug for bait, loads of marks such as Prestatyn Barkby beach, Ffrith, Splash Point or Rhyl beach, Towyn, Llandulas, Tan Llan, Colwyn Bay Prom, RHOS on sea, Orme or North/ West shore Llandudno. Most of the marks fish better over low water in my opinion, for up to date info and bait go into Geoffs tackle in rhyl or Jokers tackle in colwyn bay, order your bait in advance. Ask in either of these shops where to go. if you fish a beach look for the gulleys and fish into them, bass and flatties will be main targets from now and through summer, chance of smoothhounds from some marks june, july with crab. Mostyn can be ok but is a low water mark for flatties, chance of mullet or very odd bass but you will deffo need peeler for bait. good luck! but PLEASE BIN YOUR LITTER. Gaz Quote Link to post
