Having decided to invest in another gun ,I began the task of searching the usual sites ( Guntrader, Sportsman Gun Etc) for something that would fulfil my needs.First up was a S410 Classic Thumbhole ,it had a gorgeous tiger stock on it and was only 20 minutes away so I made the trip for a view to buy only to be told the gun had been sold 2 weeks earlier and they were still waiting for the advert to be removed.Just my luck I thought,so instead of buggering off straight away I thought I would shoulder a few ..... HW100 Very nice if a tad heavy, price wise 2nd hand, like the S410 not much cheaper than a new rifle,but what put me off was when I asked what the best deal was on either gun I was told "Whatevers on the ticket", so I kept my wad in my pocket and returned home with slightly slouched shoulders.I then found quite a few well priced guns on different forums which all seemed to be up North,not a problem really but I do prefer a F2F deal,so both parties are happy.Then last week it was all over in a flash,I saw a gun for sale a couple of hours away down the A303.I sent a PM to the seller to see if a meet could be arranged and less than 24hours later the deal was done and dusted.Then, if things couldn't get any better my Nanna invited me round for tea...........Proper ham and Artic Roll,my day was complete.

.177 Buster, Its the first time I've had this calibre, im very impressed with the way she shoots.

I picked up a daystate huntsman, r10 and hw100 in Sandwell field sports, and the r10 is going to be mine by April!!! feels and just sits nice for me, found the hw100 slightly not to my liking and then the huntsman perfect, but for the fact I like my BSAs' haha

Possibly one of the most accurate out of the box rifles I have ever owned. Here's a 40 yard 10 shot group from my R-10. Only my Hammerli produces smaller groups.
