redpat1 225
A nice game-bred pit is harder to handle but full of fire. Or, you could try your luck with one of these S**t eaters..... http://youtu.be/4NU-e26mP5E They should be on fire! Is that one of Strong Stuffs Collar and lead sets over in America? Aaron, you are global. lol. Always wanted a really fit and athletic staff for a bit of ferreting, squirriling and coming out for a late night mooch but never found the right dog, still looking! Would love an APBT and have been tempted a couple of times but don't know if I could put up with always looking over my shoulder for the boys in blue. WILF 46,984
As well as educating interested enthusiasts, these conversations always educate the wrong interested parties. There have been several circumstances, where guys in the UK have felt the force of the law, in Cock Fighting, Dog Fighting and Badger Digging, due, directly, to their connections with guys in Countries where these 'Sports' are less enforced...........Trying to be diplomatic, but I know what I want to say! Leave this stuff to the Books, fame hunters, egomaniacs and face to face conversations. A name here, a dogs name there, an event here and a location there, a Pedigree found here, a Letter to someone read there...........people are paid five figures to 'collate' this info. Spot on! Those dogs are done. I owned the best of the best in the United States and I gave every single one of them away. My favorite breed hands down but I have switched to pattys and I don't regret it one bit. I have seen my friends go to jail, loose their property, loose their family and more. The general public shouldn't own these dogs period.Want a simple precise difference between a APBT and a staff. The APBT the true ones are the perfected pit fighting dog and their may be good staffs overseas but there in not any the USA. The problem with the APBT is the dogs are performance animals that can never be unsupervised, the liability is to great to the general idiot owning these dogs. I am not talking that back yard soccer mom save the world bs pit bulldogs but the real ones fall into posers hands (wanks as you call them) and not into real men and women hands like they belong. These dogs are superb in cross as my patts are cross bred into them but the lifestyle you have to lead to own these dogs for a married man doesn't allow life to be simple if done like it suppose too. BTW, far as pit bulldogs, America has the best hands down! You have better terriers far as hunters overseas but we are catching up! some of the dogs I have owned or bredhttp://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=196833http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=53641http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=287670http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=390873 Possibly one of the best posts ever on this site to sit within one of the best threads. How good is it to just read a few sensible realistic lads talk dogs.......THIS my friends is what it is all about. Quote Link to post
