TWOTWOTHREE 152
Andyrose Took Derbyshire nearly 9 weeks to get a variation back to me at the end of last year, I also rang them the other day to add a bit of land, eventually they answered and a bloke asked how he could help me,I explained the situation, but after every sentence he had to check what it meant with a collegue,he appoliigised and said I've not a clue about firearms licensing I've just started in the hope to clear some of the back log,I guess employing more people is good but not only have trained people got to catch up with the workload they have got to teach then newbies too, hope it improves the service in the long term Best of luck 223 Quote Link to post

PLEDGEY 496
It was 3 weeks before cheque was cashed, kept checking my bank on line like you do, to make sure they had received it. Had my SGC 2 weeks now and still not bought a Shotgun, fancy the Beretta Silver Pigeon 1, not sure whether to get 30 or 32" barrells. Told missus it's only £400, she is not happy with this, god knows what she'd do if she found out it's £1270. Take a look under your bed or at the back of your wardrobe. That's where women hide all the hundreds of pounds worth of shoes, boots and handbags they secretly purchase. And don't forget all the clothes they buy but never wear. They are just as bad as blokes, buying stuff they want but don't need...........at least we need guns, right! Quote Link to post
Rikweller 14
Took 14 weeks in total ! Seemed like forever haha Quote Link to post
