Any tips for me regarding sea trout,im off to lough curanne at the end of june for a week.

 

use a double or trebile worm,or if you can get your hands on some minow you should get some nice fish,its a good lough fished it plenty of times,

 

if your fly fishing i couldnt tell you what method as i never tried it.
