i have had a few usernames whilst being on this site, most recently was dottydoo, i also have my reasons for not posting each an every time i work me dogs/ferrets, but that dont mean im unwilling to, i think that would be unfair, folks come here not to be judged, but to share there experinces, dilema's with like minded folk, or to have a hearty discussion with the same like minded folks..

 

You say that 'Folks come here not to be judged' but isn't that exactly what they are doing? Just because I don't post about my hunting exploits I must be an anti? If that's not judging then I don't know what is....

 

like i said, i aint gonna start slinging mud here, i know nowt about you, an i honestly think thats the reason most folk will feel uneasy about you...

As for people feeling uneasy because I don't post about hunting, how many of the nigh on forty thousand members of this forum do? To be honest, this is an internet forum and people on an internet forum feeling 'uneasy' about me doesn't really bother me that much.

 

I post on here because I enjoy it. I enjoy reading about other peoples experiences, and sharing knowledge. I do not enjoy reading about lawbreaking or seeing things posted that bring fieldsports into disrepute, and as can be easily seen, am quite willing to express any concerns I have on that front.

 

I also enjoy a good laugh on here sometimes. As a member who knows me has just said in an email to me "they haven't even sussed the ray docks of bath bit out yet " :laugh:

 

If ye don't like what I post then hit the ignore button or report me to the moderators (grass, ); either way, I'll loose no sleep over it.

there may be 40 thousand members on this forum, but do you honestly beleive they are all active accounts??? an that they are all dffrent folks, you alone have just admitted to haveing 2, an so have i, truth be told i thinki have had 5 usernames since i found this site a good few years ago now...

 

if its folks experiences your after without the interaction, why not buy a book, an if you feel the need to be so high an mighty an point out the law, why not become a layer, or apply to be a magistrate??? surely that would give you more satisfaction than preaching to folk on the tinterweb that you openly admit to, not caring what they think of you....
