I like to see more owners being at the finish line to grab their dogs after racing them  and not letting them run back down the field causing dogs to bully and maybe fight with others.:thumbs:

couldnt agree more, i had a lengthy vet bill after someones dog burst my bitches windpipe, bitch was ok in the end, and the owner was left with a sore face.

bring terrier and lurcher work to the main arena --- with an annoucer/ring master stop shoving us into out the way corners out the public eye like dirty feckin laundry ....

That's very true stig, the lurchers and terriers come second best to the agility dogs now a days, I personally think that the organisers of the lurcher shows DON'T push enough for longer tracks and more room for the lurcher and terrier people., they just except whats given to them when it comes to the larger shows.

terrier shows whr big things in the 80s/90s everyone wanted in bfss / shooting times / dog food suppliers -- (i`ve got rossettes and trophys sponsered by pedigree chum -- could`nt see that happening now days) --- all chucking money in to sponser the big shows you just get the feeling these days no fecker wants to be part of it .. very true, how many of us actually want to see heavy horses or duck racing lol.

from the very few shows that i have bothered entering/attending, it has been the lurcher/terrier folk that has made up the numbers.

making up the numbers ...
