jiggy 3,209
Anybody any tips on getting a bull/hound back fit again. we,ve just got her and she,s been worked before, shes 6 years old and needs to get back in shape because she has been layed up for a year or more but not because of injury. Will giving her a few runs on rabbits do the trick or does she need some road work too if so how many miles per day and how many weeks before shes back to her best.
