If they pull to them at the right age slip em and see ( if you was to run the dog single handed) I've got a sal/whip/grey 2 in April , I've also got a sal/grey x sal/deer/bull/grey with a dash of collie , she's only 4 months big hopes for her , any tips would have been great per ban of course !! old school 499 Posted February 22, 2012 Report Share Posted February 22, 2012 (edited) this big fella was a deerhound/grey x collie/grey .... when he caught them they were demolished!!! i crossed him back to a greyhound and she caught more but wasnt as near as strong as him! daughter i plan on gettin a deerhound/greyhound for foxes in the near future! It takes a special sort to be able to hit the next fox still sore from the last one. 123 you know too well ANY dog regardless of X SHOULDNT be run sore on any thing, Thats why people wonder why there dogs have lifted there head....
