whippets seasons

Hi all i have had my whippet bitch since she was 9 weeks old she now 2 yrs old and never had a season she is good working bitch and fit as a fiddle a old man told us she wont have 1 till she stops working as she is to fit to break down not looking to breed from here till later on in life but has anyone else heard of this before she is working whippet over racing whippet she had some time off as i worked away and she didnt really put any weight on either but she is happy she lives with my male dog in the house also he said cause she lives with my dog that can stop it to...????

she will go out twice a week lamping if weather permitts she will go all nite if let her she also goes out everyday for walks but sleeps the rest lol if the kids let her she is a fitter than in pick now but they eat high protien dog feed the collie whippet is a fat pig but she wont put any on lol season nearly over now so will try a fatten her up to see if it works lol

seen this before loads of times when they are fit and very lean they dont break down try and fatten hes up and she should come in to season :)

yeah its abit like female athletes and runners they are so lean and fit they dont have periods so like as said above fatten her up a little and she may break down. atb sp
