scaff 0
If the cartridges were more avaiable for the 10g would you use a 12g 3 1/2 inch semi auto gun or the proper 10 g shotgun for wildfowling on the marsh? Id use the 10 g for more impact when shooting geese.
Wildfowler 1
What makes you assume you are getting more impact? Edited February 18, 2012 by Wildfowler
scaff 0
A better pattern at distance
Wildfowler 1
Maybe but that's not impact? I know where you are coming from and I tend to agree. The 3.5" is so versatile the slight difference in pattern over the cost of 10 over 12 seems to favour the the 12. If you are reloading ITM at around 2oz or more to go into a quality 10 then you may steer to the 12 for cost alone?
