Would you keep a 10 minute Wonder

Not for me,like one of the lads says what happens if you put this 10 min wonder in a biggish spot to check depth and came out with you thinking it was not that dep only to put a dog in and go to a different part of the earth that was a lot deeper,happened to us beginning of this season,afterv trying the spot with a ten minute wonder deepest mark we got was 1.6 with the bellman,we dropped a real dog in only to dig him out 12 hours later can,t remember the exact depth,but was well over 1.6,but each to there own.

but having said that though, what about the times that it does go in and pop it straight out of the big/un diggable spot?, or finds and has its 10 minutes, comes out and you put a harder type in and you do dig it in the shallow spot of the earth that your 10 minute wonder found in?

personally i keep one, and its worth it wait in gold to me, well nearlly lol, but any way i thought you lot that only keep "real dogs" liked a good 12 hour dig to test the dogs metal??

Fair enough statement but bear in mind not every terrierman has room in there kennels for all types of terriers, so like myself personnally with limited kennel space I like to keep a type I know will do the job for me start to finish. whatever floats your boat and all that kaper. Atb

why would it help doubled up? as i've read on here that the 1 in front could get its arse chewed by the terrier behind :hmm: is this only in a small amount of cases??

Seen some spots that a dog that flys in yaps for ten minutes and fingers crossed bolts one because you couldnt dig them if it stayed
