.338LM 10
Well done. As to the question why hunt otters, I can answer that. We are plagued by otters, they take the ducks and geese with ease. Within 2Km of my house we have at least three holts. They will get through any security you might want to put in place, I have had a door of 18mm ply with 50x50 frame ripped off the duck shed by a big dog otter. It is theoretically possible to get a licence to kill otters from SNH but I have never heard of anyone getting this mythical ticket. Out here you have to deal with them in the old fashioned way if you want to keep birds. Quote Link to post

Mosby 355
Erik, we get the odd fancy critter like an otter. But nothing like the consistent digging you get to do. Though in a day we can get quite a few shallow digs on nutria. Quote Link to post
Mosby 355
Bluecollar, tan and I are still on the search for a place for you and yours. Problem is we're stinking Mountain billies and don't know enough people. Is it official, ya'll are coming out? I'm heading back to school and will be going to the college with Elisha if that is the case. Quote Link to post
