First Kill!!!

So after finally receiving my FAC I went to my RFD and purchased my shiny new CZ 455 thumbhole laminate.

Yesterday I took it out to my permission and spent an hour zeroing it in and putting some rounds through it. Just before dark I crept into position in a field. I positioned myself on a bank by a small river about 30 metres from a set of rabbit holes in a hedgerow. After an hour....nothing!!

To make matter worse the connection had come lose on the pressure switch for my LED LENSER ...so now I had to keep wiggling the wires to try and get the bloody thing to turn on!

After 30 minutes and another couple of scans with the lamp still nothing. It was getting increasingly more difficult to get the torch to work so I decided to pack up and go home.

One last wiggle of the wires and PING!!!! let there be light!!! I again scanned the area in front of me....nothing. I then sat up and scanned the rest of the field....

about 50 metres away the reflection of 2 eyes is staring back at me!!! Due to the layout of the land I couldnt take the shot in the prone position so I stayed sitting and rested the gun on my knee, the crosshairs settled on the rabbits head. I squeezed the trigger and....

Crack... wabbit did a star jump and rolled over stone dead!!! Lee 1 Rabbits 0

I was chuffed to bits as this was my first ever kill!!! on the downside can anyone recommend a fairly decent budget torch....

Im having trouble trying to upload a pic of my first kill.... i only have 200k upload quota...how can increase this??
