zx12edge 1,001 Posted February 18, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 Just come back from there ,Spent a couple of hours having a good look around.Took a ferret and the dog .There is really only one bank that can be ferreted about a 1/4 of a mile long.There is a stream running down the other side but in the top end there is a small foot bridge and by the look of the runs most of the bunnies use this to cross to the other side.Tried the stinker down a few burrows and bolted a couple of dozen from different warrens.It looks to me that they are made up of lots of unconnected warrens.I am by no means a seasoned ferreter but with all the advice from you guys i am quite looking forward to having a good bash at it.
