I understand the mindset where more children the higher likliehood of some surviving but it's not obviously working. I often think that we would be better offering them aid and incentives to have fewer children, and there would be more aid per head and perhaps fewer children dying. The only people Africa need to blame for their problems is Africa!!.......now, I am not an educated chap but even I know you dont go off chopping the town up the road to bits with a machete because they have had a delivery of Warburtons and you haven't !!!
