which pellets in hw100 and x2

Recommended Posts

Hi

My HW 100 kt likes falcon accuracy plus 13.4 gr and superfields 15.9 gr. Dont know about gaystate

Thats a light pellet at 13.4. I think I'll give them a try. I'm guessing the trajectory is pretty flat - whats the downrange performance like?

In my own HW100, so far I've found AA field work best, in terms of accuracy at range.

for the harrierX2 either AA feilds or daystates. thr AA's dispite the visual dints re slightly more accurte than the daystates but i;m talking 3 or 4 out of five on the edge of coin at 50metere to the daystates 2 or 3 lol...

(think it was the .52's..the ,51's re different so it'd be matter of asking or trying)

the daystates leave more blood about but both are plenty good hunters or target.

Let us know how you get on with these pellets. Like i said they are the best ones through my kt pellet on pellet running at about 630 fps 11.8 ft lb and i have tried nearly ever pellet going.

RSW supper fields are very good as well 15.9 gr

I must have tried almost every pellet in my My .22 HW100KT and yes, the Falcon Accuracy Plus are good but I found only in calm conditions. I fend the light pellet is easily blown off course. For me the optimum pellet in my rifle are the Daystate Rangemaster Li's. I've put pellet on pellet with these at 44m. Was shooting them outside at 25m on Saturday and they literally passed through the same hole. Check out my YouTube videos of them.

One thing that I have found with them though, oddly, is that they don't like clean barrels! I cleaned mine the other week and it took ages for them to get back on song. Now they're sweet as ever :)
