markha 99 Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 Ye that does seem a bit of a spread (unless its a very windy day ), What twist is it, the 1:12 or the 1:8, if its the 1:12 then you can go lighter with your bullets, if its the 1:8 then I would try some remmy acutips in 55gr. fox head 0 Posted February 11, 2012 Report Share Posted February 11, 2012 hi i have a remy 700 sps 223 1 in 12 twist i was shooting 55 grain hornady ballistic tips my grouping at 100 yards was 3 shots in the same hole at 200 yards the bullets were dropping 2inches low and 1 inch right and 3 shot were about an inch group ? i was using home loads with 26 and a half grains of powder Quote Link to post
