paulus 26
They will never have a gun ban. I was on a wind up mate. But, how many more mental taxi drivers have to around shooting people before something changes? Got to agree. The sooner they ban taxis the better beat me to it

But, how many more mental taxi drivers have to around shooting people before something changes? Sorry missed that! I don't think the public will be so sympathic to the shooters for too much longer. We desperatly need good embassadors to the sport,we need to challenge these negative, comments thrown at us at every opportunity,in all areas of the sport, dogs and shooting, its time we started to work together over all disciplines not looking down noses at each other, remember the MP's who pushed the ban through did so beacause they though it was cruel,B****ks they are supposed to be impartial in order for justice to prevail and only support the majority of the wishes of the constituants, In my oppinion the ban was injust, as we all know the antis are trying to make us look like second class citizens, dont let em, give them no amunition,my dad was a old man when they banned hunting,a life long participant in field sports,it was the only time I ever saw him cry, a moving moment, any further attack on our sport, needs to meet stiff opporsition or who knows where it will end, these people will even try to ban fishing, atb darren
blan89 159
Your probably correct on the snares for foxes but i dont think they'll stop it for rabbits. I think your correct again about shooting but wherever shooting applies then dogs follow....so the working dog will be around aslong as the gun is. yeah but the gun isn't accessible to a lot of people, and some want tighter regs still. I'm just thinking soon it will be no dog without it being chipped, then insured, then they can only be walked only on private/licensed property. which would make them inaccessible to most people. the super rich, game keepers and dog handlers aside.
