Quarter of a pig: From £50 Same as the half but halved

 

Invidual joints, sausages, chops, diced pork and belly slices are also available.

It depends on weight and what cuts are available ............

The weights go from 34kg to 49kg so the prices will vary and we've got all the cuts

No worries Rex but thanks anyway Ken I am near salisbury in wiltshire, the aproximate weight is 40Ib half a pig with this you will get: 5Ib of sausages,belly slices, loin chops, boned and rolled leg joints and spare rib joints and some diced pork. Oh and offal if you want it.

I take it when you say leg joints one of them will be a shoulder joint mate. I only live 20 mins from Salisbury so that ideal.

the shoulder are put into the sausages as it is the best cut to use, so you wont have a rolled shoulder joint but instead you get spare rib joints and leg joints
