shootlodge 146
5's & 32+ @ upto 25/30 yds max. A clean kill is a clean hare, if the kill is slow the adrenalin will gush around, it will be a waste of a hare !! Personally ,i leave them alone, No harm done by them. Link to post
PoshPikey 560
I hope that the first one you shoot screams like a small child and puts you off shooting another ever again. Totally unsporting and a waste of a fine animal. 3 Link to post

Mrg 8
Thanks for your help guys and I realise its not everyones cup of tea thanks again Link to post
samearl14 11
You say they do no harm but next saturday we will shoot over 300 hares. A few Hares on a field is fine, but when you get into numbers like that, they start doing some damage to the fields. They do one day of driven hares a year there, and theyre evidently breeding like crazy, so culling them off is a job thats needs doing. Next year there will be so many that they will have to do another day on hares and so it goes on. But i can appreciate its not everyones cup of tea. I mainly go for the experience of the day as its a bit different. And a chance to shoot with a different group of people. 2 Link to post
