NORMALLY RUN DOGS BUT AS THE COLD AND ICE WILL PROBLY SEE THE SEASON OUT IM LOOKING ON GETTING A AIR RIFLE TOO KEEP MYSELF BUSY SHOOTING PEST PIGEONS. WHAT ARE THE LAWS ON OWNING ONE DO I NEED A LICENCE OR ANYTHING? AND IS IT OK TO WALK THE STREETS WITH IF ITS IN A BAG? (DONT DRIVE).. MAY SEEM DAFT TO ALOT OF YOUS BUT ITS JUST SOMETHING IM CURIOUS ON AND LOOKING ON GETTING INTO CHEERS. ELLIS

i would recomend having a looks down a local gun club. . . wheather you want a spring gun or pcp . .

try a few out and see which you prefer

 

as for carring it down the street is fine . aslong as its in a rifle slip . and pellets are in the correct container

just make sure there are no pellets in the gun if you carry it down street road in bag. i got stoped years ago and had to go to court , cost me £20 fine that was about 30 years ago. they case it as loaded if there is mag or pellet in gun.

the laws an ass with the loaded magazine bit i sometimes forget to empty mags when ive been out on my permission they make different rules to please them selves i once had been out poaching [a million yuears ago] and had a old webley vulcan in the boot of the car .a red &white pulled me over and searched the car a big horrible copper found the rifle [loaded] i know its illegal lads but i was young and daft then and pointed it at my forhead i pushed it away and it went off! he nearly shit himself and went beetroot red he placed it back in my car and told me to go on my way just imagine that happening today eh?
