Saluki Dog

I am looking to breed a Saluki x Greyhound litter.

The bitch I have has short seasons and is difficult to catch at the right time.

I am willing to give a good home to a pure coursing bred Saluki who has been retired due to injury or age, so that I can use him as a stud. When I get a litter I would be willing to give a pup in exchange.

Carnt see why anyone would want an old or broken dog for one litter of pups...... Unless its a puppy farm lol

Thanks for all the kindly advice! I have 12 retired greyhounds in my kennels, most of which I bred myself. One more would fit in well and have a good country home.

Rio has been more than genuine and has offered the use of his dog again. It is a long way to travel with the prospect of the bitch being over the top again. Last time she stood as solid as a rock at home but was over the top by the time I got there.

This site seems to be populated by several people who would be better off keeping their opinions to themselves. Thank goodness the ones I have actually been in touch with are genuine and sincere.

I am in Norfolk. I don't know of a pure coursing saluki in Norfolk!
