TOMO 26,070 Posted February 7, 2012 Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 some very funny answers on here,, chuckling all the way through the thread im 44,, apart from carrying a few more pounds than i should, in the main im fine,, i train 3-4 times a week,, wich definatly helps, yes i ach after a good days ferreting, or if i have walked about up the dales all night... the worst thing i found with getting older,,,, was jumping down of things, in particular stone walls,, as a fit young thing i never felt it... but now it realy jars my hips and knees Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Sounds like they've all got piles... Just joined the gym and loving it, should have joined at 21 but cant turn the clock back i suppose. bird 9,872 Posted February 7, 2012 Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 One thing iv'e noticed while getting older is that i feel the cold more. Which is a bummer when you work outside. I also used to fish alot and always took a flask of something hot. I always brought most of it home, nowadays it's drunk very quickly. you feel the cold more ,because the blood gets thinner as you get older thats what i was told. Just put extra jumper on or somthing.I used to work out side when younger, and if you keep your head+hands warm, you dont feel cold.
