cragman 2,769
I'm into my fifties and chalked up another year today. I fell hunt on foot most of the time so never mind slowing down. I walk five miles every other day in work, I don't have to, I chose to, it's better than driving around my patch. In spring I'll be doing the Yorkshire Three Peaks for charity again then in sumer I'm doing a charity cycle ride, Paris to Blackpool in five days and started training for that last October doing steady rides and turbo training. And I've put my name down for the footy team at work. Oh the aches and pains are there you just learn to ignore them after a while. Keep yourself going lads and hopefully it'll take you into old age with no regrets
