My friend applied for his firearms renewal November last year and he's only just got it back!! that was 6 months mate. So i wouldn't be holding your breath, they are very very slow in nottinghamshire at the moment and they are getting really strict, i know of 3 lads who have put in for there renewals of there shotgun certificates who have been refused because of past convictions...

Should of been a member of sacs and got them to fight the decistion .I've been done for affray and still got mine over in NI and we have stricter gun laws
