how much is it to have 2 dew claws removed from an adult lurcher?

ive read a few post about this it seems the vets dont like doing it unless there in there for another operation.then they will do it at the same time

I think it cost me about £150 to have one of my dogs dew claws removed, because the person who done it when she was a pup didn't do it write and the remaining dew claw was still growing and sticking back into her leg.. so if people are going to remove dew claws!!! make f*****g sure you no what your doing, or leave the fuckers alone...imo.

Personally I wouldn't have them removed, if there getting caught in the long grass the solution is vet-rap and keep trimming the dew-claw down

Had double dew claws on a wheaten x on his back legs which used to catch, cost £200.

Never had problems with the front ones, just keep them trimmed like the rest of the toes.
