stroller 341
Any idea what causes it and is it expensive to rectify? Its just a baikal o/u but i love using it. Its been fine until lately but on wed night at the clays it started acting up and i had to stop using it for safety sake. any advice appreciated Regards Keith Quote Link to post

shootlodge 145
Drop the stock off, & give it a good spray with general purpose spray oil ( local supermarket £1.99) this will wash off the muck/crud/crap , leave drip dry on a cloth & reasemble with stock. ( i would not touch the mechanism, unless you know what you are doing). It sounds like it just needs a service & clean. let us know how you do Good luck. Quote Link to post
The Duncan 802
If the clean n service doesn't do the job, get a gunsmith to give the sears some attention; probably worn smooth and needs a bit of filing. Cheers Duncan. PS - double discharge using goose loads would rattle your sphincter lol! 1 Quote Link to post

stroller 341
Thanks for the replies lads im going to put it into a gunsmith and get it sorted, i know f**k all about anything slightly mechanical and i will probably make it worse messing on with it. Its a lovely gun to handle and hopefully it will be sorted soon. Thanks again Quote Link to post
The Duncan 802
Shouldn't cost you more than £50, and should be less, depending on where you take it. Atb Duncan Quote Link to post
