Millet 4,497 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 15ft bollocks too that Why is that..you could have a ferret kill 1ft below ground but 10ft away from where you are stood..a 15ft collar and locator make it a little easier to find.. To the origional Post..i would do what has been suggested by give the copper contact a scrape if it's a mk1..if it's the mk 2/3 have a look to make sure the little spring's that the battery sit's on are not bent down.. Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 The issus is can be the contact points as suggested but 99% of the time its where the owners screws the cap too tight causing one of the batterys to became concaved . So when its retighted there is gap between battery 1 and 2 so no complete circuit so no tick. Cheers Cookie Quote Link to post
