dannyskud 1
Yea it's on the back of the neck. They are both brothers and ad them together since being kits Quote Link to post
reddawn 2,173
they are starting to grow up into adults, thats what they would do to a jull whilst mateing, its more than likely rough playing just now but as they start to come into season the weaker of the 2 will get raped, so they will need seperating Quote Link to post
bryson 562
like above i think its time to seperate them Quote Link to post
The one 8,460
I was thinking that ,but they wont be sexually active at nine months will they ?. Quote Link to post
ferret100 47
The hormones are kicking in and the weaker male is getting beaten up. Unless you need to breed them, get them castrated asap. Make sure the wound doesn't smell funny or have any yellow/green pus coming out of it and plaster the wound twice daily with Sudocream. If you plan to breed them, separate them, if you want to get rid of the hormonal dominance battle and keep them together, just get them castrated. Takes 10-14 days for the hormones to start to settle after castration, so they'll still squabble for a bit. If you cover the top of the head/neck and shoulders with Sudocream, it'll help stop them bickering in the meantime. Quote Link to post
