morton 5,368
hi, ino my pup is to young but id like to get her a rabbit skin to ragg about and get the scent shes 8 weeks old naw and i dont suppose it would do any harm would it?once she a little bit older i can teach her haw to retreive it aswell, any ideas about where i can get a skin? Go to tha market and purchase a big bag of carrots, buy British-ill explain later, now find some fields and walk round and round until you find a rabbit hole, sit quietely down and rub 2 carrots together, this is why you need British carrots as they may not know the sound of foreign varieties, when a rabbit pops out for a free meal grab it by the ears and put it in a bag, don,t use a Netto bag because they get out of them to easily, hurry home and with the aid of a sharp knife, maybe in your case one not to sharp, skin the bunny, not forgetting to kill it first, because its easier and less traumatic, you will now be the proud owner of a lurcher training device, good luck with the puppy training. 3 Quote Link to post
