cheers fowks ,the deer was on permision and were they shudnt of been ,(causing damage ) also was shot with right gun for the job

yea you can,any deer that is a danger to the public,ie knocking over fencing and letting sheep out on to roads can be shot at night.and a land owner can use a 12 bore to kill deer if it is causing damge to property,also you can track deer after dark with dogs and lamps.

as with all hunting there are ways around things with in the law.all you have to says is the deer are knocking over fences and letting sheep on to the roads,you could shoot the whole heard then within the law lol

you can use two dogs to track deer that have been wounded.
