Falcon FN19 Pellets

Hello Ladies and Gents

 

As above people what is the best pellets people can suggest, give me a starting point. I know before people say i need to match them to how i shoot as well but a starting point would be handy.

i always used . either bisley mags. or jsb exatcs

saying that i did get tight groups using hn super fields . that were cheap

As a starting point mate Try Bisley Mags or AirArms field.....they work well for my mate and his FN19

What calibre is it

My .22 used to like accupels but for some reason the last tin wouldn't group at all well swapped to air arms field back too pellet on pellet but I've now retired it from active duties due to the BSA r10 taking over the long gun duties.

What do you need to know about the falcon had mine for about 12yrs so kind of know them inside out

its a 177... generally about them really. I was after a de-twanger for it. and also generally about the gun manufacture dates roughly ect...

Again , get the size of the cylinder and see if this one I have fits . As for pellets , I've got about 15 different types here you can try

Anything by JSB should work well - AA fields are made by them, just different quality control, the JSB actual pellet is much tighter control.

 

I love Accupell in my .22, I haven't tried them in .177 but don't see why they wouldn't work.

 

Another pellet well worth trying, and very reasonable in price, is the RWS Superfield. Many rifles shoot them as well as JSB Exacts. About 20% cheaper per tin.

 

Bisley are excellent pellets, but expensive because they are cheats and only pack them in small tins!

 

Have you tried the Falcon Accuracy range too - be worth a go, unless one of the others gives you a clover leaf group at 35 yards - you can hardly improve on that so not worth the effort of trying!

Falcon accuracy for me .

 

Used loads of them trying to find a match for this barrel ,but they were the best . Im going to end up polishing the choke on this barrel .........

I might have a detwanger I'll have a dig around but to be honest if your 20 30 meters away from the rifle when it fires you can't really hear it just sounds really load next to your ear
