Gnasher he's a good manager,no doubt but to me he seem's very underhand with every deal he does...look at the state of Portsmouth, his legacy along with Mandaric's.Let's not forget Redknapp's also good at unsettling players but he don't like it when it's one of his.Let's face it where's there's money there's corruption & i can't read, write, etc don't cut it with me...much like yourself i have to pay my way so why should'nt he... cragman 2,791
Tell you what, half of the footballers these days can't read and write. They're working class lads who have had their heads turned early on. School work went out of the window and now they have an agent who does everything for them. Graham Le Saux was perhaps the exception and when people found out that he was a clever lad, he got some stick, even off his fellow professionals. It's almost as if they aren't capable of getting a decent education and playing football at the same time. If Redknap is as illiterate as he says, I know what I'd have done with all that money...First thing, get a feckin' education!

Have a look how much Redknapp made for Pompey in his first year.....10 million through the buying and selling of players alone,he also took them to more success than they had for a long time....he did the same at West Ham...same at Bournemouth.........and he,s not doing too bad at Spurs...............its his deals and knowledge of the game and knowledge of players thats got him where he is............as a football man he has very few equals in my opinion......so he tried to slip away from a few bob of tax,big deal.
