facebook privecy

I admire your confidence, though I do think it's a little naive.

I think most of the 'for and against' facebook discussions have taken place in other threads, and whatever your views on the subject it remains a simple fact that once you post anything on a website, you immediately lose all control of what happens to it and how it's used.

 

Thats a fair comment but the trick is not to post anything on the internet that is likely to come back and bite you on the butt! I'm amazed by some of the things I read on here, people openly admitting to illegal activity with pictures to back them up! I wonder how many of them would openly admit to robbing a post office!....actually don't answer that! :D

I couldn't agree more there :thumbs: .

And regarding the things you're referring to on here and virtually every other site out there, it's quite clear that common sense is actually a rarity!

Facebook is like any site you only ever put on it what you don't mind other people knowing about you, ;)

It's the net what ever you do on the net can be checked up on, :blink:

Don't be daft enough to put summit up that you shouldnt be doing or illegal end off, ;)

Facebook can be fun as long as you remember majority off people on it tell lies or stretch the truth a little :laugh:
