My 3 year old springer has broken her front right outside toe during a stroll and rough housing with the lurcher. She is not in any pain unless it is touched or manipulated and still wants to go for a mouch. Am i best letting her rest it or do i wrap it or dress it in some way. I know when it happened to a friends dog a couple of years ago the vet said there isnt a lot that can be done and they usually repair in their own time, is that still the general advice? There is no flesh damage and she is not licking or worried about it to much.

Any sensible advice would be welcomed.

Thanks in advance

Pat
