It was obviouse the dog had never been on a lead and taken for a walk ! The dog was kept in squaler running around in its own shit discusting, i think everyone on here with half a brain would of been glad to see them take that dog from there !
RossM 8,119
Such a shame, the only victim of the dda is the dogs, pound for a penny that every owner that had a dog destroyed went straight out and bought another dog? Dogs don't just bite for no reason, they are either brought up aggressive or provoked, you will get the odd dog that has an aggressive trait but this should be apparent early on and dealt with accordingly, No bad dogs just bad or inadequate owners. skycat 6,173
If they treated wild animals like they treated some of those dogs, the RSPCA would have a field day. And then they expect an unsocialised, terrified dog to behave 'normally' stuck in a kennels full of barking mad dogs, all freaked out not knowing what they hell they are doing there whilst they're being assessed. Dangerous wild animals are routinely darted for capture, why don't they do the same when taking these dogs? A damn sight less stressful for them........oh, I forgot, that would cost money. And as for not being allowed to rehome the dogs: what a load of crap: the law needs changing, and fast. I didn't know about that bit, and even the coppers didn't like it. I'ts the people who need putting down, the horrible, fat chavs owning those dogs.

Stabs 3
It's a subject close to my heart and something I've sat and thought about more than is probably healthy. It's certainly a heartbreaker and yes it's the dogs that suffer, individually and as a breed as a whole.

Dunkanon 380
Its going to be a total media hype program, with a political agenda and to be fair its going to show a lot of bull breed owners to be what they are, wannabe gangsta chavs. The bull breeds should of been left in the hands of dog men but the same could/can be said fof most working breeds. This sort of stuff seems to go round in cycles and the media dance to the tune of whatever government ministers are playing behind the scenes. I personally wont be watching it and adding to the viewing ratings.
