going to be very hard mate, why not use a mil dot

 

... I got a pretty good deal on a scope, couldn't help but buy! :whistling:

Just going to try and use it properly. Adjusting from ranges, practise would help I guess. Want to know other peoples opinions.

If your shooting .177 then you're pretty much ok, flat from 15-45 yards with a light pellet so you're probably going to adjust quite well.

 

Pro Sport in .177, JSB Exact 4.52. I'd presume that should be ok :)

If you zeroed at 35 yards then you can shoot from 15-37 yards without having to aim off. Anything past 37 yards will need holdover which is far easier to judge with a mildot or similar scope

 

Ranges given are estimations give or take 1-2 yards

Apart from when you need to shoot a pigeons brain at 25 yards on x6 mag and your pellets shoots 5mm over its head.

 

At 25 yards to shoot reticule true on x 6 mag you will need to shoot 1/4 mildot hold under.
