festa 206
well ive been away for a while to be honest i just got pissed off with all the crap on here so a break was needed .... anyhow a few things have changed (pity about the weather) me and wor kid have not really been out much we had a couple of days out with the ferrets but other than that we've not been out last week i got rid of the hw100 and became the owner of an air arms evo2 the evos was in a pretty sorry state it was a mk2 steel barrel and cylinder the numpty who had it kept it in his garage COCKED for 8 months so the steel work is all pitted and the gun was completely seized ive spent the past few days now its not seized its sitting at 11.3ftp instead of 5.1ftp and its had a strip back to bare metal now it looks like this atm its a little loud for hunting but theres an idea in the pipe line .... ill get some scopecam up when i get a chance atb gary Quote Link to post

Phantom 631
Given the price of those things they should put all others that came before to shame! I like the idea of hunting with it Gary, About time someone put one of these things into the field rather than posing at the peg and string line Tony Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Very nice looking rifle there Gary . Good to see you now back on the forum too mate. Tried to phone you a couple of times but keep getting the answer phone. Are you still after that stuff? I couldn't get any from Luton but you can have mine buddy for free. I've got all that you need in a box somewhere in Bulwell and I wont be needing it after September anyway as de kit 19th Sept. I've got a chest rig to last me till then. Just let me know what you want to do pal. Regarding the rifle is this going to be your regular hunting rifle or are you going to use it more for HFT and use the AAS200 for hunting? Are you going to also bring it to the meet in June as it will make a very interesting comparison rifle in the indoor ranges when doing some of the comps. I suspect that it is pin point accurate so we all need to get practising now . Don't worry about wor kid he is just worried that you will now shoot more bunnies and metal targets than him LOL . ATB Si. Quote Link to post
