Quick Question to avoid a vet bill !

Recommended Posts

Ross have you been hunting the bitch recently, were you near cover,, bitch could of had a branch poked into her eye,, other eye could be strained with doing all her sight . did you try cleaning her eyes with teabags. Is her appetite ok? If youre instinct is telling you that there is something wrong then vets asap.

Don't know if any help I had the same sort of thing last year pups eyes

Closed and sticky didn't have a clue found a half eaten rat one of

These cats round here must of dropped in the bushes she usually plays

In I got some vitamin k and she was good in few weeks ATB with her

vitimin k3 is used by vets as an antidote to anticoagulent poisoning ie rat poison sounds more like some form of eye infection conguntivitus or something

I was thinking conjunctivitus.

You guessed right mate. The vet gave an ointment for the eyes to use for 12 weeks..once on a morning and night each day.

i think that what my bitch had, and it cleared up less than that...the vet i went to was shit, used a blue scraping tool to get gunk out, and they give me ointment with blue lid and that...she was scared shitless cos the vet rushed in and basically didnt have an understanding of running dogs being a nervy type of dog...i could of chinned the vet in all fairness, wont be going there again!
