shamus 36
they rely on people not being able to fund action against them, thats why they get away with acting so unreasonably as most people could'nt afford the legal expertise needed to take the arseholes on. Quote Link to post

Ratreeper 441
Is there anyway you can find out more about the broken pelvis? I know your mate will just be happy to have his dog back, but I would lose the plot entirely if someone took my dog and broke its bones...I just couldn't let that lie Quote Link to post

RubyTex 1,957
I'd be f*****g fuming if this happened to me. With having Springers i'm fine but if i ever went into Lurchers etc and i got accused i would fight tooth and nail before they could even take the dogs from me. Glad you got it sorted and a 'happy' outcome, i'd sue the fuckers for every penny!! It's like that programme on BBC last night, taking the dogs to a 'secret location'. I'd find out where they were kept and break them out. Can't be doing with so called charities getting their noses into my business. Quote Link to post
The Duncan 802
carnt you do them for the injuries to the dogs, result he got his dogs back as the case was described, I'd be suing the swine for everything they have. Quote Link to post
