other than hunting??

Recommended Posts

My life is pretty much work and hunting. Other than that I try to keep myself in reasonable shape and enjoy it a lot. Just started indoor climbing, bouldering, which I'm really getting into.

Tried Ninjitsu with a couple of friends that were banging on about it. Went once and didn't think much to it, too much about 'learning the way of the ninja' and not enough about fitness/training/fighting. I felt disrespectfull going and not giving a shit about the history etc.

I used to do a bit of stargazing when younger which is something I would like to start again, probably not for a while yet though. It was the only thing I ever did that felt relaxing and re-charged me.

I wish I had gotten into boxing or kickboxing when I started Uni. A few other students I know did it and the clubs were decent. I've started this climbing stuff now and really enjoy it. Just don't think I'll have the time for anything else, it's a push now trying to fit it in without sacrificing normal gym work too much.

my hunting time is after 7pm and sundays, my other hobbies are what ever the kids are into at the time, could be swimming right down to collecting worms for there wormary, but my favorite is sitting watching all 4 of them planning and looking after there own allotment and helping them prep and cook what they have grown.

Drawing and painting, fishing, I want to practice photography this summer though to try and get half decent.

Used to do Thai boxing but have let that slide in the past few years, going to kick start that again in the next few months when I've got over the shock of cutting out the beer and the curries!!

i've liked the idea of getting out there with a camera, as there's load to take pics of around me. from on the tops in ruabon to the football feild where i've seen the odd bird of prey.

i've also had the odd keistral on the back fence and we have a few squirrals in the trees at the back of the garden.

what starter camera would anyone recommend??
