tylerasker 6
Just wandering how many of you work the hill in the day?? Hound crosses or any good hunting lurchers?? Only seem to find time for lamping lately due to work commitments etc, I enjoy day work mainly but I'm gutted I can't cover the mileage required any more on the hard welsh hills . 3 Quote Link to post

tylerasker 6
Great photos mate, they look like great days out. Im starting to look for a good home for my 2 yr old hound cross , only get the time for lamping and he deserves a Permemant job on the hill. I'd swap him for a lamping dog but he won't go to any muppet. He's a serious dog. Quote Link to post
robert michem 314
DOGS ARE NOT FOR SWAPPING,, THAT WHAT YOU DO WITH POKA MAN CARDS,,, 5 Quote Link to post
tylerasker 6
If I can't give him the work he needs then it's not fair on him. Keeping as a pet wouldn't do him justice. As for Pokemon cards, I wouldn't know you bell end! Quote Link to post
robert michem 314
WAS NOT HAVING A POP,,JUST NOT MY THING TO SWAP DOGS FOR DOGS,,IFF TRUTH KNOWN, IT WUD NOT BE MANY OTHER DOG MENS THING,,,, WHY CAN NOT THE DOG WORK THE HILL AND GO LAMPIN,,, Quote Link to post
dogs-n-natives 1,182
Not much choise in my area, ive got some lowground but I spend the majority of my time hunting the fells. I love the space, to let the dogs find their own game, and sometimes see a good run or two. 1 Quote Link to post
Romany 1,065
My entire hunting life has been a mixture of lowland and hill, love it, and luckily the dogs Ive worked also love to hunt both Quote Link to post
robert michem 314
THATS 1 OF THE REASON I LIKE IT,,YOU CAN RELAX AND LET THE DOG AV PLENTY OF LEA WAY,,,YOUR NOT GOING TO GET SOME TRICKER HAPPY, CHAP,,SHOUTING AND YOURPING,,, THE DOGS LOVE, IT, THEY NO THEY CAN LET THERE HAIR DOWN,,, AND WORK AWAY,, Edited January 20, 2012 by robert michem Quote Link to post
