Got busted by rspca scum yesterday .took three dogs .lamps books locater camera phone .beware.no evidence of any crime just lurcher slitely knocked up lurcher

nobody & i mean nobody can come in your home without a warrant

& they have to have a reason to get a warrant so they must of told

you they had suspision of something eg/ cruelety or baiting would

be favourates if the rspca are involved

Yes they need a warrant, but the whole idea is to catch you off guard and find any (if any) incriminating evidence. Hardly in their interests to let you know there coming.

the cant just come and take your dogs, they have no authority.

i take it the police were with them and they had a warrant

it should state on the warrant what they were looking for

and who is granted access
