mole trap

Well set my first ever mole traps today used the scissor type hope done it right.How long do you leave them and any advice would be great

Check them twice a day if there local and lift them up once thy have gone off best of luck

I wouldn,t be worried about running back and forward mate,give them a day or so,if you haven,t caught it move them,if you have job done

I agree leave em a day or so before checking em,first time then daily after that,they dont like disturbance,

I would say give up with the scissor type and get your self the flatpack duffas style or the talpex style traps, I check all traps daily, but i have been setting mole traps for years and have refined how I do it very well now! Moles are very busy little creatures so the will have come across your trap quicker than you expect if set on the right tunnels!
