Guest vin Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 take me back to my thread...the ultimate lamp..LOL. there's some seriously powerful LEDs out there these days..only problem is colour tint of the LED compared to the halogen bulbs..The reflections of the games eyes are a different colour unless you use warm tinted LEDS. Was talking to a fella earlier and he said lidl were selling a torch with one of those cree LEDs in it might be worth a look. Quote Link to post

Be careful which one you get though as they're not all suitable for lamping, some of them are just like normal torches (still bright but no use for lamping). Quote Link to post
