detol surface cleaner

i read in a ferret book, theres a chemical in certain cleaners that burns the ferrets skin.it says if it turns the water milky dont use it.but like dymented says it should be fine as long as its dry before the ferrets do in

try virkon s [bANNED TEXT] itsa vircidal disinfectat that is safe for use with any live stock poultry or small animals its strong stuff that will more than detol but is also safe enough for animals in theroy they should be able to drink it and it wont effect them its pretty expensive but the best one out there for the job . also i use stalson f under there betting as its a disinfectant that absorbs odurs and moisture whilst killing of any bacteria that form just mix it in with there bedding if you youse saw dust mix it in a bucket use 3 handfulls and a hand full of stalosan then the same untill the bucket is full you can buy it from apm .http://www.apm-supplies.co.uk/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=stalosan+f&x=21&y=10....http://www.apm-supplies.co.uk/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=virkon+s+ they dont have prices on there but go through the standard ordoring process then ask for a quote and thell email the prices to you

I have used Dettol spray, on the hutches and anywhere the Ferrets and dogs go, since Ive had them.

Its great stuff.

No! It dont make water go foggy!

I use the one in the green trigger spray bottle.

Always dry it off with a kitchen roll swab after use though to get rid of excess!
