Super Furry Animal 2
Hi guys/girls I'm new to this forum, so I apologise if posted this thread in the wrong section Just wondering if any of you North Waleians could tell me how long it took you to get your SCG. I's been nearly two months since I sent mine, and still not a peep from the FLO. Is this normal, or am I just being inpatient? Fitted my cabinet over a month ago, and put a deposit on a gun just after that, so as you can imagine it's very frustrating. Any comments/advice welcome (within reason of course) SFA

Super Furry Animal 2
Alreet mate, Cheers for getting back to us. I've already emailed the office, but didn't get much sense to be honest. I was told that on some occasions it could take up to 3 months. I realise that the FLO's probably busy as hell but you can't help but think that somehow I might've slipped the net. Would he be ok with me phoning him do you think? lat thing i want to do is p**s him off if he's that busy. My gun dealer's already fuming because the gun's just sitting there ha Nice one Carwyn ps tried sending you a PM but wouldn't work for some reason

Super Furry Animal 2
Mine took 6 months to come through mate (Scotland) 6 months???? That sounds extreme, were there any complications with your application?
PlasticJock 539
Well, I applied for it just before Christmas 2010, and the FLO said it can take longer than normal around this time of year. Also my records pretty long so they wanted to do a million and one checks, with statements from my doctor etc. Having said that, it's not unknown for it to be that long, i'd just be patient mate ring them every month or so but don't rip the arse I know it's frustrating, I'm dreading putting my firearms one in
Super Furry Animal 2
I think your right mate, just need to sit it out. I might start knitting in the meantime, make myself a nice hat and scarf ready for winter 2013 Good luck with the FAC mate.

Super Furry Animal 2
Would like to close this thread. North Wales (gwynedd) FLO will be visiting me on Monday. Excluding the Xmas holidays, and the fact that the form was sent to wrong address, took just under a month. Well done N Wales Police, well impressed. SFA OK!
