Guest bodgerbear
Hi, take it your nets have taken a bit of a bashing with mud etc? Ive had mine 2 seasons now and there still hi-viz without doing anything to them. If there covered in s*%t and stuff id say a bucket of hot water, give em a good swilling and hang them up somewhere to drip dry. I personally wouldnt use any washing powder or washing up liquid as the smell will be noticable (and you dont want your nets bubbling when it rains ). Hope this helps ATB Rob 1 Quote Link to post

bobcullen79 1,495
Never tried this! But how bout tying the tops and then the bottom rings together then stick them in a pillow case and wash them in the machine with minimal detergent. I cant see why you couldnt. Dunno about their odour afterwards tho.... 1 Quote Link to post
tegater 789
I dont bother cleaning them, as even when dirty they stand out a mile from nets of drab colours, or the natural greens and browns. Even a dirty dayglo net is almost impossible to loose, unless it has been dragged down a hole by a bunny or ferret, and you have missed the fact that that has happened, because other stuff has been happening. I find most of the thick mud drops off when dry. Hope this helps. 1 Quote Link to post
