pegandgun 52 Posted April 17, 2007 Report Share Posted April 17, 2007 I was out for first light this mornong stalking the wood edges where ive seen alot of roe lately.I seen six roe in two fields and this buck took my fancy.I shot him at about 200yds through the neck And here is another pic of my lad out with his air rifle and the quad shooting some nuisence rabbits and hares on a farm where i got a phone call to get rid of them Quote Link to post

Great shooting both yourself and your lad My lad is 14yrs old and has shot 1000s of rabbits and is a very good shot but the old saying is practice makes perfect and hes had lots of practice.The hw77 are heavy but they are super accurate and very reliable.Yeah its a nice buck but there was two others with heads as good if not better then the one in the picture in the same couple of fields Quote Link to post
